Orders are sent anywhere in Australia. International shipping is not available just yet.
Cost
Regular post is $10, and free when you spend over $150 on remedies and kits (gift vouchers don’t count, as they’re emailed). Need it sooner? Choose express post for $18. Prefer to collect? Choose free pick-up in Ferntree Gully at checkout, and I'll email you the address and a time.
When it arrives
Orders are usually packed and sent within 3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking once your parcel is on its way. Delivery times then depend on where you live.
When your remedies arrive
Store them somewhere cool and dark, away from strong smells like eucalyptus, camphor and menthol.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email vibe.homeopathy@gmail.com and I will sort it out with you.
