How to take
Before each dose, hold the bottle and bang it firmly against the palm of your other hand 3 times. Then take 3 drops under the tongue, in a clean mouth, about 10 minutes away from food and drink.
Short-term (acute) symptoms: match the intensity. Take it more often when symptoms are strong, then pause as you start to feel better. On the go? Add a few drops to a water bottle, shake and sip through the day. It's good for acute dosing, as each sip is a dose. Ongoing (chronic) concerns: dose according to your prescription plan. Unsure? Ingredients & storage

- Inactive: brandy and distilled water
- 15 mL or 30 mL amber glass bottle with dropper or dripolator lid
