A 2-week check-in call for any questions, then a follow-up 4 to 8 weeks later to adjust your plan.

Do I need to live nearby?
No. All consultations are online by video, so you can join from anywhere in Australia.
What do I need for a video consult?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and a quiet spot where you can talk freely.
Which consultation should I book?
Something recent or sudden: acute care. Something ongoing: an initial consultation. Still unsure? Book the free 15-minute call.
When are appointments available?
Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30am to 2:30pm, and Fridays 12pm to 2:30pm and 4pm to 8:30pm (Melbourne time). Need a time outside these hours? Email me. With a little more notice, I can often be flexible.
What happens between appointments?
Every initial consultation includes a check-in call about 2 weeks later, so you can ask any questions and tell me what you've noticed. I'll book it in with you at your first consultation. If something comes up before then, email me.
What if my plans change?
That's okay! You can change or cancel your booking online, any time of day or night, or email me. With at least 24 hours' notice there's never a cost. Cancelling a consultation with less than 24 hours' notice is 50% of the booking price, and a missed consultation is the full fee. Discovery calls and 2-week check-ins are free.
How do I get my remedies?
After your consultation I'll let you know which remedies to use, and you can order them through the shop.
