Bundle packs

Each remedy in the pack is in its own bottle. Bang that bottle firmly against the palm of your other hand 3 times, then take 3 drops of the one that best matches what you're noticing, under the tongue, in a clean mouth, about 10 minutes away from food and drink.

Short-term (acute) symptoms: match the intensity. Take it more often when symptoms are strong, then pause as you start to feel better. On the go? Add a few drops to a water bottle, shake and sip through the day. It's good for acute dosing, as each sip is a dose. Ongoing (chronic) concerns: dose according to your prescription plan.

• Active: the remedies listed above, one in each bottle
• Inactive: brandy and distilled water
• Each in its own 15 mL amber glass bottle, with your choice of lid

Store in a cool, dark place, out of reach of children. Keep away from strong smells, electronic devices, direct sunlight and heat.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or for babies and young children, please ask me before use. The remedies contain a small amount of brandy. I am unable to advise on whether a remedy is right for you by email.
